Consortium Investment Consortium, LLC has authorized the establishment of a
Build Easy Wealth Marketing Franchise. Marketing franchises operate within a six
or seven state regional territory under the supervision of regional marketing
and investment groups. These groups have the exclusive marketing rights to sell
condo group leadership training packages, in there territories. However, they
transfer their rights to Build Easy Wealth Marketing Franchisees who they
recruit. These Master Franchise Marketers can establish an independent marketing
staff to provide their services, if necessary.
The
Build Easy Wealth Marketing Franchise provide condo group leadership training to
individuals who want to learn our 10-Step Method to build wealth buying
& selling condo apartment buildings and/or residential real-estate
properties. They also market commercial/residential modular marketing agent and
broker’s training courses. Training is conducted by e-learning and/or home
correspondence courses. A certified condo group leader can represent more than
50 styles of multi-family modular apartment buildings including; duplexes,
triplexes, quadruple, mid and high rise apartment complexes. They are the lead
organizers and chief recruiters for condo group members and partners for the
Condo Apartment Consortium. These members are the actual buyers for
Live-In-Investment Condominium units. Certified leaders provide other membership
service for the condominium
purchase management system including hosting meetings and workshops for first
time buyers. This unique purchase management system will allow a landlord tenant
to live well below rental market rates, even in high rent districts.
Our
franchisees are riding the condominium property investment wave-up, with
ordinary people as traditional renters get tired of paying high rent and are
using the Live-In Investment condominiums to live a rent free life style.

even host regional condo apartment ownership conferences. Franchisees
sponsor overview meeting that are held in homes, in conjunction
with newly certified condo group leaders. Our Build Easy Wealth Marketing
Franchisees can join Donald Trump, Tony Robins, Carton Sheets, and Russell
Simmons. All multi-millionaires who enter the real-estate marketing circuit to
conduct real-estate talk shows, speaking engagements, workshops at real-estate
expo and trade/show conferences. Conducting real-estate workshops in this type
of marketing environment will
expose your leadership training packages to hundreds of potential candidates.
This
Franchisees can use the patented infomercials we develop to help draw potential
candidates to their free overview workshops. It is estimated that franchisees
who uses these special Infomercials will attract 300 – 500 attendees to
training opportunity workshops. Newly
trained condo group leaders will also began to enroll new condo group members
and partners thereby creating a marketing team that will assist you in the
selling of leadership training courses.
