ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT
The enrollee understands that this is a private training program and that no government endorsement or licenses will be granted. The enrollee agrees that if accepted they will complete all assignments as outlined by the study and training guide and if they fail to satisfactorily complete all assignments in a timely manner, all money paid to date will be forfeit to the company. Upon the satisfactory completion of the training program the enrollee will receive a Certificate of Certification from the USA Commercial Modular Buildings Agent and Broker Services.
After, a one year probation period the Modular Marketing Agent, will be able to use the title Commercial Modular Agent (CMA). This designation will entitle you to sell commercial modular buildings and other related products and services. As a MMA you will also be able to market your services within the Small Business Network and its affiliate organizations at a special discount rate. However, as a Certified Modular Agent you must remain attached to the support network in order to use these services. The enrollee further understands that they must pay all outstanding fees, before a certificate of certification is granted for the completion of the modular basic training program.
